Tapestry Station – 740 Main St Evanston

Description

From identifying the property to project closeout, I played an integral role in the development of 740 Main St. in Evanston. The process began with entitling the property through the city, where our team built strong relationships with city staff and council members. Through these efforts, we successfully entitled a 120-unit apartment building as a planned development.

I oversaw the design and construction phases, managing a seamless transition from ordinance approval to design and permitting, while aligning these elements with construction costs. This led directly to a 14-month construction delivery. The project was completed in February 2024 and achieved full lease-up and stabilization by summer 2024.

The development of Tapestry Station serves as a cornerstone of my multifamily portfolio, and I’m proud to have it situated near my office and operations in Evanston.
