805 Creative Coworking 

The property at 805 Greenwood in Evanston is a historic barrel-vaulted building located at the southern edge of downtown. Over 100 years old, this multi-use facility was originally home to the Tinker Toy factory.

My involvement with the building began in 2012 during a tenant renovation project. When that tenant vacated in 2020, we initiated the transformation into a shared office workspace. Working collaboratively with my client and friend Danny, we methodically adapted the property as new tenants joined.

Each project was carefully curated to enhance the property’s value while preserving the building’s distinctive character. The result is a workspace that tenants describe as warm and highly desirable for their professional needs.

My responsibilities at 805 Greenwood have included:
